Not unless we both agree! While Manager Method has a law firm division, we have to go through a conflict check and signed client agreement before we become your lawyer. We are currently only accepting organization clients, not individual clients. 

By visiting our site or social media, or purchasing a product/service, you do not become a client and are not receiving legal advice. We have drafted each document template for companies to be legally compliant, subject to any review and revision applicable to your locations and situation.

Once you purchase coaching sessions, you will receive an email with a link to your dedicated portal (for you and us) where you can schedule each session via Calendly and we can each add notes and documents, so you can have in one place.

Once you purchase training modules, you will receive an email with a link to your dedicated portal, where you can view the training and access downloadable resource guides. 

For pre-sales, you will receive an email with access once the training goes live.

After you purchase a tool (e.g., our New Employee Guidebook) or template (e.g., our Hiring Bundle), you will receive an email with a link to download. You will receive a Zip file for bundles with multiple documents.

For our templates, can use your template as many times as you'd like for your specific company.

For our tools (e.g., our New Employee Guidebooks), those are priced just for individual use.

If you like our products, we appreciate all referrals! However, please do not share the actual templates outside of your company or tools with others. This hurts us as a small business, and is against our terms of use.

We want every customer who purchases a product or service to have a great experience.

With the Manager Method® Guarantee, if you are not satisfied with a product (template or tool) for any reason, you may submit a refund request here within 7 days of purchasing it. By submitting a refund request, you confirm that you are not using the template or tool. 
After 7 days, all sales are final but if you have feedback, please Contact Us.

For our Services (including Coaching and Training), those services are non-refundable. However, if you have purchased a Coaching package and do not wish to continue for any reason, we will refund the pro-rata amount of the remaining sessions, subject to any short-rate (payment of normal published rate for all sessions provided to date).

For our templates, you are welcome to customize for your business, from the ability to add your logo to edit substantive text. 

If you'd like further customization, you can request to become a Manager Method Law client. Subject to a conflict check and agreement, we can provide further customization, talking points and anything else needed.  

Absolutely - this is one of our favorite things to do. We can customize our New Employee Onboarding Guidebook or our New Manager Guidebook for your organization, including a cover, logos, welcome letter and adding your values or other text.

We can only provide 1-on-1 support for coaching or organizational clients, once we have decided to work together. For our Law Firm division, we only accept matters from organizational clients.
